Volunteers are the lifeblood of the operation and ongoing restoration of the Eureka Theater; it is with the help of volunteers like you that make The Eureka Theater possible. The Eureka Theater is always looking for committed, enthusiastic volunteers to help out in a number of ways.

I understand that as a volunteer for The Eureka Theater:
I am representing a non-profit organization when doing volunteer work for the Eureka Theater. While I am carrying out volunteer work for The Eureka Theater, I shall not engage in activities that are prohibited to a non-profit, tax exempt organization. I shall not profit from any activities as a Eureka Theater volunteer. I shall not represent The Eureka Theater in any type of political activity such as endorsing or condemning candidates for office or political initiatives. I understand that I may be held personally liable for any direct consequences of such misrepresentations. In addition, to the fullest extent by law, I hereby forever release, discharge and agree to hold harmless and indemnify The Eureka Theater, its board of directors, officers, members and agents from all claims, demands, actions, causes of action or liability of any kind whatsoever arising as a result of doing volunteer work with The Eureka Theater.
